I am a fully qualified counsellor passionate about supporting young people and adults. I offer talking therapy through my private practice and local youth-focused charities.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of anxiety, depression, and addiction, I am committed to helping individuals navigate these challenges. My personal and professional experiences have given me valuable insight into these issues, allowing me to provide empathetic, evidence-based support tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

I currently offer online sessions allowing flexible access to therapy. Confidentiality is central to my practice, with secure record-keeping and full professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place.

My integrative approach combines methods like Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs—whether short-term or long-term support. As a BACP member, I adhere to their Ethical Framework and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
